Summary: | The invention discloses a point-grid reflection-type chemical liquid applying uniformity detection method and device, and belongs to the field of environmental protection detection. The device consists of a laser point grid light source and a receiving circuit module based on photosensitive detection tubes. The method and device are characterized in that point-line light emitted by the laser point grid light source is enabled to form a certain angle with the normal line of a glass sheet, and is transmitted to the surface coated with transparent liquid from a part above the transparent liquid in an inclined manner; the light passes through the transparent liquid and the transparent glass sheet below the transparent liquid, and is transmitted to the receiving circuit module below the glass sheet; the current intensities of the photosensitive detection tubes distributed on the receiving circuit module are sequentially read and judged through a microprocessor, thereby qualitatively judging the thickness uniformity of the coated transparent liquid, and enabling the detection information to be outputted through a circuit output interface; and the device can qualitatively detect the thickness uniformity of the transparent liquid disposed on the transparent glass sheet with the uniform thickness automatically and quickly. |
