Summary: | The invention provides a full-length integral quenching inductor for a single tooth. The full-length integral quenching inductor comprises two connecting wires, wherein a heating wire is arranged between the two connecting wires; the heating wire comprises multiple heating wire units, each heating wire unit comprises two tooth surface heating wires and a tooth root heating wire, and a magnetizer is arranged between the two tooth surface heating wires; during actual application, the number of the heating wire units is increased according to the height of a workpiece, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the heat wire units are connected with the two connecting wires respectively to form a series-connection circuit after the heating wire units are connected end to end to form a whole, so that the section length of the whole heating wire is equal to the width of the tooth of the workpiece; during use, each tooth slot is overall heated, and water is sprayed after heating. According to the inductor, the number of the heating wire units can be accumulated according to the actual height of the workpiece, so that the length of the inductor is equal to the width of the tooth of the workpiece, each tooth slot is overall heated, accordingly, the heating speed is greatly increased, and the working efficiency is improved; quenching is stable, the machining quality is good, and the rejection rate is low. |
