Summary: | The invention discloses alcohol-based silver nano-wire conducting ink and a preparation method of a conducting film of the alcohol-based silver nano-wire conducting ink. The ink consists of the following ingredients: 0.2 to 1.5 percent of silver nano-wire; 0.005 to 0.05 percent of fluorine-carbon surfactant; 0.1 to 2 percent of small-molecular dispersing agent; 1 to 3 percent of small-molecular leveling agent; 2 to 5 percent of small-molecular moisturizer; 1 to 2 percent of small-molecular defoaming agent; 86.45 to 95.695 percent of organic alcohol solvent. The preparation process of the film is as follows: (1) coating a substrate with a layer of adhesive solution, and drying to obtain an adhesive layer; (2) smearing the ink prepared in the step (1) on the adhesive layer, and drying to obtain a silver conducting network; (3) finally smearing a protection layer, and drying to obtain a final conducting film. After the ink is smeared, a silver nano-wire network with high performance can be obtained by virtue of simple heat treatment. The film is excellent in performance and capable of being widely applied to the field of electronic products such as a touch screen. |
