Summary:The invention relates to a deep dewatering method for municipal sludge. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the municipal sludge is taken, 10 g of powdered sulfur and 10 g of iron pyrite are added in each liter of the municipal sludge in volume, and the mixture is put in a water bath oscillator to be cultured in a bottle rocking mode under the constant temperature of 28 DEG C; when the pH value of a sludge system is 2.5, the first time of culturing is finished; then, new municipal sludge with the volume 6.5 times that of the first-time culture is added into the first-time culture, and second-time bottle rocking culturing is carried out under the same conditions; finally, new municipal sludge with the volume 6.5 times that of the second-time culture is added into the second-time culture to be subjected to bottle rocking culturing again, and an inoculum is obtained; secondly, the inoculum obtained in the first step is put into municipal sludge which is nine times the inoculum in volume and is to be dewatered, and after even mixing is carried out, 1 g of powdered sulfur and 6 g of iron pyrite are added in each liter of the mixture of the inoculum and the municipal sludge to be dewatered in volume, and then the mixture is put in the water bath oscillator to be cultured in a constant oscillating mode for 72 hours under the constant temperature of 28 DEGC; thirdly, the sludge obtained after the treatment in the second step is dewatered through a chamber-type filter press with the filter area of 0.5 m in a pressing filtering mode, the pressure of the filter press is 0.35 MPa, the sludge feeding time is 30 minutes, and the pressure maintaining time is 10 minutes.
