Summary: | The invention relates to a production process for a polyurethane sieve. The production process comprises the following steps of (1) preparing raw materials; (2) machining a metal frame, conducting abrasive blasting and applying an adhesion agent; (3) conducting pouring with polyurethane. According to the production process for the polyurethane sieve, by treating preformed polymers and a curing agent of the polyurethane before pouring, the uniformity of polymerization is improved, the polyurethane in different positions can be polymerized uniformly in the polymerization process, and the integral stability of the sieve is prevented from decreasing due to local defects; by treating the surface of the metal frame before pouring, the bonding strength between the polyurethane and the metal frame is further improved, and the phenomenon that the polyurethane falls off the metal frame due to nonuniform cold and hot impact resistance on account of different materials is improved. |
