The invention discloses coix lacryma-jobi instant tablets rich in EGCG and coix seed grease. A preparation method of the tablets comprises the steps of taking tea powder high in EGCG content and coix lacryma-jobi high in coix seed grease content as main raw materials, the coix lacryma-jobi which is harvested in the same year is subjected to hull-removing, fine selection, soaking, fishing-out and draining-off, adding water according to the weight ratio of 1:1, conducting steaming for 30 minutes, taking the mixture out, conducting draining-off, cooling the cooked coix lacryma-jobi, using the tea powder for dispersing the cooked coix lacryma-jobi, conducting tabletting for formation with a tablet press, conducting drying, and obtaining the tablets, wherein each coix lacryma-jobi instant tablet comprises, 1.2-2.6 wt% of the EGCG and 0.4-0.72 wt% of the coix lacryma-jobi grease. The coix lacryma-jobi instant tablets rich in the EGCG and the coix seed grease contain not only the abundant EGCG and the coix seed grease but also various nutritional ingredients such as dietary fibers, the tablets have the health-care effects of removing the dampness, facilitating urination, tonifying the spleen and the lung, resisting against oxidation, tumor and mutation, decreasing blood sugar, enhancing immunity, maintaining beauty, keeping young and the like, and the tablets are uniform in color and convenient to take and good instant nutritive products which achieve dual purposes of serving as food and medicine.
