Summary:The present invention discloses a milk-flavored bread slice. The milk-flavored bread slice is composed of dough materials of bread flour, milk, xylooligosaccharide, sweet potatoes, eggs, cream, oatmeal, high fructose syrup, milk powder, salt, yeast, active soybean powder, Artemisia desertorum powder and olive oil. The milk-flavored bread slice provided by the present invention is rich in nutrition, golden in color, aromatic in character and agreeable in taste, crispy in outside sheet, soft and smooth in texture, and resilient; the xylooligosaccharide and the high fructose syrup are used for replacing white granulated sugar, which makes the bread slice proper in sweetness and is conductive to growth of bifidobacterium species, thereby preventing obesity, dental decay, constipation and hypertension; with addition of the sweet potatoes and oatmeal, the bread slice can help to relax bowels, lose weight and prevent tumors, thereby making up for defects of strong flour; the content of the cream is reduced, and the olive oil is smeared, thereby restraining obesity and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; the bread four is added at twice, and the dough is ferment three times, such that the bread slice is resilient, smooth and chewy; and the active soybean meal and the Artemisia desertorum powder are used for replacing a modifier, so the bread slice is safe and healthy and low in price, and the cost is saved.
