Summary:The invention discloses an artificial cub rearing method for pangolins. The method comprises the steps that pangolin cubs are fed on milk powder added with probiotics, digestive enzyme, DHA, vitamin and microelement, cub rearing environment is kept at certain temperature, humidity and illumination, behaviors of the pangolin cubs are trained, and a special diet formula for weaning period transition is provided. The method solves the problem that the survival rate of the pangolin cubs is low, in the past, a natural cub rearing mode is adopted for confined pangolins, the survival rate of the one-year-old cubs only reaches 35-45%, the proportion of the cubs which are developed poorly and deformed and have serious stereotyped behaviors accounts for 28-45% of the survived cubs, by the adoption of the cub rearing method, the survival rate of the one-year-old cubs reaches 88.9%, and the proportion of the cubs which are developed poorly and deformed and have the serious stereotyped behaviors is reduced below 5%.
