Summary:The present invention addresses the problem of providing an offset number setting device capable of easily and freely setting an offset number for a tool (8) that is attached to a turret surface (6) according to a tool holder (7). A display linkage means (19) displays a turret surface selection screen (20) on a display device (12), displays a tool holder selection screen (29) on the display device (12) by selecting a turret surface (6), and displays an offset number setting screen (30) on the display device (12) by selecting a tool holder (7). Consequently, an offset number is set for a predetermined tool (8) while being linked to the selection of the turret surface (6) to which the tool (8) is attached.
