Summary:The invention discloses an information-sharing method and an information-sharing device in instant messaging. The method comprises the steps as follows: locking a desktop layer after receiving a screenshot request of a user; determining an intercepting area selected by the user; performing dynamic interception to an image in the intercepting area and performing information sharing to an appointed instant messaging friend according to a result of the dynamic interception so as to show the image and the changing condition of the image in the intercepting area to the appointed instant messaging friend. The method and the device of the invention could save the operation of the user and improve the implementation efficiency of the information sharing.
