Summary:The invention discloses an SPICE (Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis) model of a schottky diode, and a formation method and an application method thereof. The SPICE model of the schottky diode comprises a first diode and a second diode, wherein the anode P of the first diode is used as the anode P of the model so as to simulate the anode P of the schottky diode; the cathode N of the first diode is connected to the first end of a first current-limiting resistance; the second end of the first current-limiting resistance is connected to the cathode N of the model; the anode P of the second diode is used as a substrate joint of the model so as to simulate a substrate joint of the schottky diode; the cathode N of the second diode is connected to the first end of a second current-limiting resistance; and the second end of the second current-limiting resistance is connected to the second end of the first current-limiting resistance. According to the SPICE model of the schottky diode disclosed by the invention, the problem that the circuit simulation result of the schottky diode is inaccurate in the prior art can be solved.
