The invention relates to a data sharing and query system in a laboratory, wherein the system comprises a database, a data management system and an information service platform; the database is used for storing detection business datum; the data management system receives a query command of an external query terminal through the information service platform; based on the received query command, corresponding detection business datum are read from the database; the read detection business datum are sent to the external query terminal through the information service platform in a set form, or the corresponding detection business datum are actively sent to the external query terminal through the information service platform. In this system, an information service system receives the query command of the external query terminal through the information service platform; based on the query command, the corresponding detection business datum are read automatically from the database; and then the read business datum are sent to the external query terminal through the information service platform, thus realizing automatic query to the detection business in the laboratory.
