Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of raw material treatment of a carbon-based ceramic friction material, in particular to a modifying method of aramid fiber for the carbon-based ceramic friction material. The modifying method comprises the following steps of pretreating the aramid fiber by clarification limewater, dripping gasoline, and adding ethanol; stirring to enable the aramid fiber to completely react with each component, so as to improve the surface activity of the aramid fiber and the toughness of the aramid fiber; arranging into an ultrasonic treatment device to perform ultrasonic modifying, so as to improve the action of each component of the raw material on the surface of the aramid fiber; combining with urea phosphate, monocalcium phosphate and ultrasonic treatment, so as to change the internal structure of the aramid fiber, enhance the toughness and heat-resistant property of the aramid fiber, enhance the property of the carbon-based ceramic fiction material, improve the heat-resistant capability, abrasion-resistant efficiency and dynamic and static friction coefficient ratio of the carbon-based ceramic friction material, avoid the skidding of the prepared carbon-based ceramic friction material, and improve the brake safety. |
