The base can run on the substrate through slide rails. Supports are arranged in the middles of the two lateral sides of the substrate. Cylinders are arranged on the supports. A first supporting base is arranged at one end of the substrate. A stop piece set is arranged on the first supporting base and is composed of a first stop piece and second stop pieces located on the two sides of the first stop piece side by side. The first stop piece is fixed to the first supporting base. The second stop pieces are connected with a baffle through supporting rods. The baffle is connected with a first cylinder. Second supporting bases are arranged at the ends, close to the first supporting base, on the two lateral sides of the substrate. Side stop pieces are arranged on the second supporting bases and connected with second cylinders. Cushion blocks are arranged at the two ends of the liner base respectively. The linear base is connected with the cushion block through slide block assemblies and controlled by the cylinders to run.
