The invention discloses healthcare fattening expanded feed for tilapia and a method for manufacturing the healthcare fattening expanded feed. The healthcare fattening expanded feed comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of bean meal, 2-5 parts of fermented bean meal, 2-10 parts of soybeans, 15-20 parts of rapeseed meal, 18-25 parts of flour, 10-12 parts of DDGS (distillers dried grains with soluble), 10-15 parts of rice bran, 3-5 parts of fish soluble, 1-2 parts of soybean oil, 1-2 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.1-0.25 part of choline chloride, 0.1-0.25 part of table salt, 1-2 parts of multi-vitamins, 1-2 parts of compound mineral salt, 0.1-0.2 part of yeast culture, 0.3-0.5 part of liver strengthening elements and 0.02-0.05 part of compound micro-ecological preparations. The healthcare fattening expanded feed and the method have the advantages that the liver strengthening elements and compound immunopotentiators are added in the compound feed in a formula, accordingly, the organism immunity can be improved, outbreak of liver and gallbladder syndromes and streptococcosis can be prevented, the feed has little influence on aquaculture water, and the water is stable in quality; the healthcare fattening expanded feed is designed according to nutritional requirements of the tilapia and is reasonable in nutritional structure and good in palatability, the tilapia is high in disease resistance and growth speed, the weight of the tilapia can be increased by 200 grams at least in each month, and the tilapia can be yielded in advance by 15-20 days.
