Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of biochemical pharmacy, and provides a process for extracting chondroitin sulfate co-produced amino acid powder in cartilage. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) cleaning; (2) material boiling; (3) enzymolysis; (4) filter pressing; (5) centrifugal separation; (6) ion exchange; (7) elution; (8) amino acid powder extraction: conducting nanofiltration on a penetrating liquid obtained in the step (6), and drying a concentrated solution of filtrate to obtain an amino acid powder crude product; (9) chondroitin sulfate extraction. On the technological basis of the conventional enzymic method for producing chondroitin sulfate, the process flow is optimized, and the yield and purity of chondroitin sulfate are improved; according to the characteristic that the protein enzymolysis rate in the process is relatively high, the advanced separation technology is utilized, and the amino acid powder is co-produced, so that the profit margin is increased, the waste discharge is reduced, and environmental pollution is reduced. |
