Summary:The invention relates to a water and fertilizer saving cultivation method for Chinese pine container seedlings, and belongs to seedling cultivation technologies of forest container seedlings. The water and fertilizer saving cultivation method is characterized in that sufficiently based on the water and fertilization demanding rule of Chinese pine annual container seedlings, a normalized test method is used for setting the fertilization level of equal slow release fertilizer, the fertilizer application amount is 100 mg/N.plant-1, different irrigation modes and parameters are set, the irrigation parameters at the fast-growing period are determined to be 75%, the irrigation parameters at the hardening period are determined to be 55%, the water content inside substrates can be accurately controlled, and it is avoided that the water supply amount is too high or too low. The water consumption for cultivation of the Chinese pine container seedlings can be reduced by 70.16%, the fertilizer leaching amount can be reduced by 50.86%, and the utilization rate of fertilizer can be increased by 37.77%. The seedling height, ground diameter, biomass and other seedling specifications do not suffer negative influences, and even reduction of the height-diameter ratio and increase of the root-stem ratio facilitate cultivation of Chinese pine robust seedlings; the concentration and content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are obviously increased. The tool used for the method is an electronic scale and is easy to operate and master by a worker in a nursery garden. In addition, reduction of water and fertilizer losses facilitates continuous development of the environmental protection cause.
