Summary: | The invention discloses a cylindrical vacuum insulated panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The cylindrical vacuum insulated panel comprises a gas insulation structure film, gas adsorption materials, glass fiber felt composite core materials with V-shaped or rectangular grooves and sawtoothed lip buckle coupling portions with sawtoothed channels. On the premise that an existing production process and existing equipment for flat-plate-shaped vacuum insulated panels are not changed, the cylindrical vacuum insulated panel can be processed through the existing equipment, and the panel can naturally curve to form a cylindrical shape when exposed to environment. The cylindrical vacuum insulated panel can be applied to a round pipeline and other cylindrical engineering equipment; a heat preservation effect of the panel can be given to play more effectively, energy conservation and emission reduction are promoted, and the panel has an important role in solving of environment pollution problems. |
