Summary:The invention relates to an infusion pump, particularly to a high-pressure plunger infusion pump and an aligning method thereof. The high-pressure plunger infusion pump comprises a pump head component, a base and a pump body base, wherein a plunger hole is formed in the pump head component and is connected with an inlet one-way valve and an outlet one-way valve; a plunger rod is movably arranged in the plunger hole; a high-pressure seal ring and a low-pressure seal ring are concentrically mounted on the plunger rod in a sleeving manner; a convex surface or concave surface is arranged at the tail end of the plunger rod; a push rod is arranged in a push rod hole of the pump body base; the top end of the push rod has a concave surface or convex surface; the convex surface and the concave surface are in contact connection to transmit power; the plunger rod is elastically arranged in the plunger hole and is in elastic connection with the push rod; the push rod, the plunger rod, the high-pressure seal ring and the low-pressure seal ring are coaxially arranged. During the assembling and moving processes of the high-pressure plunger infusion pump, accumulated errors caused by processing and assembling of parts are eliminated, the overall service life of a liquid chromatograph is prolonged, the infusion accuracy of a system is greatly improved, and the analytical accuracy of the liquid chromatograph is ensured.
