Summary: | The invention relates to a device for reducing a basic contraction difference of concrete. A hot water circulation tank and a cold water circulation tank are communicated through a valve. An electrothermal tube is disposed inside the hot water circulation tank and penetrates the sidewall thereof to be connected with a temperature controlled switch. The device further comprises a temperature acquisition system comprising a control system and a temperature measuring element electrically connected with the control system; the control system is electrically connected with the temperature controlled switch. The invention further provides a method for reducing the basic contraction difference of concrete; a first cooling water pipe is used for reversely introducing hot water to heat a pre-cast lower concrete layer, thereby decreasing the basic temperature difference between a post-cast upper concrete layer and the pre-cast lower concrete layer, allowing temperature deformation of the post-cast upper concrete layer and that of the pre-cast lower concrete layer to tend to sync, and lowering the degree of the post-cast upper concrete layer being restrained; thus, the problems that temperature stress level is high and the post-cast upper concrete layer suffers high risk of cracking are solved. |
