Summary: | The invention relates to a one-time overall pouring construction method for a nuclear powder single-hole GD gallery. The construction method includes the following procedures of foundation trench cleaning, cushion layer construction, positioning paying-off, PE thin film laying, bottom plate rebar binding, wall outer wall rebar binding, rubber waterstop installing, embedded part installing, inner formwork overall prefabricating, inner formwork installing and correcting, upper segment rebar binding, outer formwork installing, anti-floating measure taking, concrete one-time pouring construction, maintaining and die stripping. According to the construction method, an inner formwork is overall prefabricated, so that installation and detachment are convenient, and a curve of the section of an inner hole of the gallery is effectively guaranteed; by means of concrete one-time overall pouring, a horizontal construction joint is omitted, and integrality is good, so that water leakage caused by improper treatment on the horizontal construction joint is avoided; the structure water tightness is guaranteed, and potential hazards are completely eradicated; by means of the method, the construction difficulty is lowered, the working efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, and cost is reduced. |
