Summary:The invention discloses a method for preparation of coalbed methane from microorganisms. The method includes the steps of: (1) screening hydrogenogens and acidophilic methanogens; (2) domesticating related bacteria; (3) conducting bacteria enrichment to make a liquid A; (4) adding the liquid A successively according to coalbed methane well on-site parameters; and (5) selecting a main directional drilled hole and two subsidiary directional drilled holes from directional drilled holes of the coalbed methane well to conduct data monitoring. The mixed bacteria fermented biological fracturing fluid has certain sand-carrying ability, wherein the bacteria have hydrogen and methane producing ability, not only can increase the permeability of coal reservoir, increase coalbed gas resources, but also can realize automatic viscosity reduction, and is in favor of flowback. After flowback, the residual hydrogen and methane producing bacteria can continue transformation to the coal reservoir, and can produce endless streams of biogenic coal-bed methane. The method provided by the invention enhances the success rate of dead well resurrection to a large extent, and also the method for preparation of coalbed methane can also be used for biological exploitation of goaf residual coal.
