Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a method for preparing spiramycin base producing strain gray streptomyces ambofaciens spores. According to the method, a plating medium is prepped from 4% of corn starch, 0.03% of amylase, 1% of soybean cake meal, 0.4% of sodium chloride, 0.05% of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.5% of calcium carbonate, 1% of agar and the balance of distilled water according to a ratio; and the plating medium is sterilized and then poured into a culture dish. By adopting the novel preparation method provided by the invention, the spores can be produced, and spore slants can be prepared into a milk tube for culture preservation and can be stored for 6 years at least. |
