Summary: | The invention relates to a method for preparing coal-water slurry from coke slurry made of a coke waste material. The method comprises the following steps: taking coal slurry of which the concentration is equal to or larger than 48 percent and the coke slurry of which the concentration is equal to or larger than 70 percent respectively by mass metering, adjusting the proportion, putting the coal slurry and the coke slurry into a continuous stir extrusion mixer, thoroughly mixing the coal slurry and the coke slurry with a coal slurry additive and carrying out extrusion, and putting the extruded mixture into a configuration circulation tank for thorough mixing again. A coal slurry circulatory stirring pump is arranged outside the configuration circulation tank for circulatory stirring; after the quality percent of the mixed coal-water slurry reaches 58 to 70 percent, the mixed coal-water slurry is conveyed to a coal gasifier for use through a pump. The method has the advantages that the devices are less, the process is simple and reasonable; the implementation is easy; the investment cost is low; the operation is safe and reliable; the coke slurry and the coal slurry can be mixed completely, so that the coal-water slurry is high in slurry ability, the running cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved; due to the comprehensive utilization of the prepared coke slurry, not only can pollution be reduced, but also recycling use of waste materials is realized, and the environment benefit is obvious. |
