Summary:The invention discloses a method for extracting polysaccharides of wild Bachu mushrooms. The method comprises the following steps of: grinding; Soxhlet extraction and hot water extraction; crude product preparation by alcohol precipitation; impurity removal and secondary alcohol precipitation; centrifugal drying; and detection. According to the extraction method, the operation is simple, an apparatus is convenient, the extraction efficiency is improved, raw materials are easy to extract, and influences generated by quantitative change data values are researched more clearly. The influences of extraction temperature, extraction time, material-liquid ratio, pH value and ethanol concentration in the extraction process on polysaccharide extraction rate are researched, so that scientific experimental data can be conveniently recorded. Polysaccharides of the Bachu mushrooms are extracted more accurately and the extraction concentration of polysaccharides of the Bachu mushrooms is increased.
