The device is composed of a lamp socket clamp (1), a lamp socket clamp (2), a lamp socket clamp center shaft (3), a spring (4), a pull wire (5), a fixed pulley (6), a fixed pulley (7), a hollow supporting rod (8), an adjusting nut (9), an adjusting nut (10), a fixed pulley (11), a pull wire (12), a spring (13), an end pressing plate (14) and a guide rod (15), wherein the lamp socket clamps are controlled to be clamped or loosened through one pull wire (5), and the end pressing plate is controlled through the other pull wire (12), so that a lamp tube is pressed to one end and loosened to the other end; the clamping and loosening of the lamp tube are symmetrically arranged through the lamp socket clamp (1) and the lamp socket clamp (2). Under the action of the pull wires, the opening and closing of the lamp socket clamps are controlled. When a fluorescent lamp is assembled and replaced, the trouble that as the position of the lamp tube is high, a worker needs to climb a ladder or stamp a stool to disassemble and assemble the fluorescent lamp needs can be avoided.
