Summary: | Provided is automation equipment for milling end core material of a composite plate. A frame is provided with a roller bed. The frame on the side of the roller bed is provided with a guide wheel. The part, at the tail end of the guide wheel, of the frame is provided with a locating block. An upper compaction cylinder is fixed to the upper end of the frame. The lower portion of the upper compaction cylinder is provided with a pressing plate. The frame is further provided with a first limit and a second limit. A main motor installed on a main motor fixing plate is provided with a main motor saw shaft. A saw blade is installed on the main motor saw shaft. The main motor fixing plate is installed on an upper rail of a cross-shaped sliding rail. The upper rail of the cross-shaped sliding rail is installed on a cross-shaped sliding block. The cross-shaped sliding block is connected with a lower rail of the cross-shaped sliding rail. A ball screw nut is installed on a ball screw. The ball screw nut is connected with the cross-shaped sliding block through a connecting piece. One end of the ball screw is connected with a bearing seat, and the other end of the ball screw is connected with a lateral working feed motor reducing gear. A vertical working feed cylinder is connected with the main motor fixing plate. A cylinder pole of the vertical working feed cylinder is connected with the cross-shaped sliding block through a connecting plate. The automation equipment has the advantages of simple structure, good cutting effect and high automation degree. |
