The invention discloses a portable advertising patch removing device. The portable advertising patch removing device comprises a box, a handle, a control switch, a water pump, a motor, a damper, a brush disk, a water spray tube and a link mechanism. A single chip microcomputer and a lithium battery are fixed to an inner partition plate and a base plate in the box. The water pump is installed on the outer side wall of the box. The handle is located above the box. The control switch is arranged on a holding rod of the handle. The link mechanism is located at the front end of the box. The lithium battery supplies electric power to the motor and the water pump. A stored program of the single chip microcomputer controls the motor to rotate forwards and backwards. The motor is fixedly connected to transverse plates through a supporting base. The upper end of the damper is connected with an output shaft of the motor. The lower end of the damper is fixedly connected with the brush disk. The water spray tube is fixedly connected to the outer side of a rear angle plate. The water pump is connected with a water spray tube through a water conveying tube. The motor and the water pump are controlled by the control switch on the holding rod of the handle to start or stop. The link mechanism adjusts the gesture of removal in real time according to the position of an advertising patch. The portable advertising patch removing device has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure and easy to operate, and integrating water spray and scraping off.
