Summary:The invention discloses a composition for injection of xantinol nicotinate, xantinol nicotinate lyophilized powder and a preparation method thereof. The xantinol nicotinate lyophilized powder is prepared from xantinol nicotinate, hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, manitol and a pH regulator, wherein a mass ratio of xantinol nicotinate to hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is 1:(1-2), and the pH regulator is 1mol/L NaOH aqueous solution. By adding a stabilizer, the obtained xantinol nicotinate finished product is stable in quality, low in cost and high in yield and is applicable to industrial production.
