Summary:The invention discloses a Populus breeding device and a use method thereof. The device comprises a breeding bucket. The breeding bucket is internally and horizontally provided with a tray. The tray divides the breeding bucket into two spaces, wherein the space above the tray in the breeding bucket is provided with a cultivation matrix, and the space under the tray is provided with a water tank. The tray is provided with a plurality of holes, and a water pipe is vertically inserted into one hole. The beneficial effects of the method are that, by arranging the tray, which separates the breeding bucket into the upper and lower two parts, in the breeding bucket, water in the breeding bucket can be replaced without moving Populus flowering branches; meanwhile, the cultivation matrix can provide nutrition and water for the Populus flowering branches, thereby ensuring the nutrition and water required for fruit development after fertilization; through arranging a heating structure outside the breeding bucket, independent control of the temperature in the breeding bucket is realized, thereby facilitating to promote the Populus flowering branches to take root in advance; and the whole device is simple in structure, very convenient to use and favorable for popularization.
