The present invention discloses an electric vehicle service system. The electric vehicle service system comprises: a database, used for storing the following information: business information received by a service unit, access information of the service unit, comment feedback information received by the service unit, user online information and charging information of a charging pile; and a service unit, connected to the database and used for receiving a business query request and querying current state information corresponding to the business query request in the information stored in the database, wherein the business query request contains identification information of an electric vehicle. According to the electric vehicle service system, the technical problem that a user is incapable of knowing a progression state of electric vehicle business applied by the user in time in the prior art is solved.
