The structure of the system comprises an ECU data collection module (1), a wireless communication module (2), and a cloud computing processing module (3). The ECU data collection module (1) and the wireless communication module (2) achieve the collection of data in an ECU, and transmit the data to a cloud terminal. The cloud computing processing module (3) describes the driving habits of different drivers through the statistics of the differences of proportional distribution of data of an accelerator pedal and the rotating speed of an engine, thereby enabling a user to know the driving habit and the state of the engine and to judge whether the ECU needs to be upgraded or not. The system is high in accuracy of collected data, is high in authenticity, is more stable, can provide a simple, high-performance and low-cost network connection mode for a user, and can enable the user to know the condition of proportional distribution of data of the electric control unit truly.
