The invention discloses a fish detector probe used for a small size or a medium size fishing boat. The fish detector probe adopts an inverted-T-shaped array structure to realize the search for the fish crowd by the small size or the medium size fishing boat, wherein the array structure is simple, the volume is small, and the array elements are distributed horizontally and vertically. Not only does the invention have a simple array, the invention also realizes the horizontal or the vertical detection. Besides, in order to prevent the noise coming from the tail empennage seat from affecting on the signal received by the reception array, the empennage seat is made of the pre-compression polyurethane foamed materials which is good in sound reflection so as to isolate 80% of noise. In the usage process, if the fish detector probe is perpendicular to the water surface, the natural directional beams can be directly irradiated to ocean surface to cause the light scattering. In order to utilize the light beam, the installation angle of the array frame is adjusted according to the width of the sound wave, and thus the ocean surface scattering is effectively reduced.
