Summary: | The invention relates to the field of welding technology, in particularto an energy-regenerative aging apparatus and also a method applying the energy-regenerative aging apparatus for detecting the welding machine production. The energy-regenerative aging apparatus has one end connected to a grid and the other end connected to the welding machine which is powered by the grid. The energy-regenerative aging apparatus is provided therein with an energy-regenerative electronic load which absorbs the current and voltage of the welding machine and returns back to the grid a generated sine wave AC which has the same frequency and phase as the grid. According to the invention, the energy-regenerative aging apparatus absorbs the current and voltage of the welding machine and generates through inversion the sine wave AC having same frequency and phase as the grid, and returns the sine wave AC back to the grid, so that energy consumption is reduced and the cost of electricity is greatly reduced. |
