The invention relates to a protective structure for an output shaft oil seal of a transmission of a front-wheel-drive car. The protective structure comprises a protective sleeve (2), and further comprises a plug (1). The plug comprises a cylindrical plug body (10), a limiting surface (12) and a plugging handle (11), wherein the bottom of the plug body (10) is open; the limiting surface (12) extends outwards in the radial direction from the top of the plug body; the plugging handle (11) is arranged on the top of the plug body. A protective sleeve body (20) of the protective sleeve is assembled in an oil seal lip (31) of the output shaft oil seal (3) in an interference fit mode. The plug body (10) of the plug is assembled in the protective sleeve body of the protective sleeve in an interference fit mode. The lower surface of the limiting surface (12) and the upper surface of a limiting part (24) of the protective sleeve are attached in a sealed mode and cover the portion, above the limiting part (24) of the protective sleeve, of a groove (21). The lower surface of the limiting part of the protective sleeve and the upper surface of an oil seal limiting surface (32) of the output shaft oil seal (3) are attached in a sealed mode.
