The invention discloses a hemming die capable of achieving fabric hemming twice. The die comprises a bearing plane, a first gap and a second gap, wherein the bearing plane is used for bearing fabric. The first gap needs to meet the condition that when the fabric is placed on the bearing plane, the first gap can accommodate part of the fabric and force part of the fabric to be folded for the first time relative to a fabric body. The second gap is arranged at the position of an outlet of the first gap, is communicated with the first gap and needs to meet the condition that folded fabric can enter the second gap through the first gap and be folded for the second time in the second gap. By the adoption of the hemming die, fabric hemming can be conducted twice quickly, and production efficiency is improved greatly; by arranging a plurality of auxiliary structures, smooth transition of the fabric can be achieved in the hemming process, and wrinkling or deformation of the fabric is avoided; the hemming die is simple in structure and low in cost.
