Summary: | The invention discloses a method for ultrasound-assisted two-aqueous-phase extraction of resveratrol, and belongs to the technical field of bioconversion technology and the extraction of natural product effective components from plants. The method comprises the following steps: adding beta-glucosidase to ground polygonum cuspidatum powder, enzymatically hydrolyzing and then extracting resveratrol in enzymatic hydrolysate through an ultrasound-assisted two-aqueous-phase system by using an ethanol/ammonium sulfate two-aqueous-phase system as an extracting agent, and reserving upper phase so as to obtain a crude resveratrol product which can directly undergo subsequent purifying operation. The method disclosed by the invention is rapid in phase splitting and high in recovery rate; a plurality of processes are integrated; by virtue of the two-aqueous-phase extraction, the method not only achieves a purpose of purifying, but also concentrates feed liquid and simultaneously separates the feed liquid from polysaccharide in the system; the adopted two-aqueous-phase system is low in toxicity and conducive to recovery; the method is also easy for process scaling-up and continuous operation; and the method can be directly connected to a subsequent purifying process, without any special treatment. |
