The DNA label and amplimers form a detection product with optimized and balanced specificity, sensitivity and repeatability, the detection product can be used to detect 1-20 different sources of a sample once, and can accurately distinguish the base sequence of various sample sources. The coincidence rate of high flux sequencing and a sequencing method reaches up to 100%.
