The production method includes the following steps: waste building construction multi-layer boards are purchased; the multi-layer boards are classified, the large multi-layer boards are selected, and nails and surface impurities are removed; the large multi-layer boards are processed into equal-width long strips through an automatic equal-width machine; the two ends of the equal-width long strips are cut to be flat and combed through a combing machine; after the faces of combed teeth are coated with glue, the equal-width long strips are connected into long strips through an automatic lengthening and combing machine, and the long strips are combed through the automatic lengthening and combing machine; the long strips are cut by a full-automatic lengthening machine into blocks with specified length; the multiple long strip blocks with the specified length are in butt joint through tooth grooves on a cold board splicing machine, peripheral pressurizing is carried out for a certain time, and formed boards are spliced; the formed boards are hot pressed to be flat and tight through a hot press; thickness fixing and sanding are carried out on the cooled formed boards through a sanding machine, and surface-layer impurities are removed; the formed boards are cut into parts with the specified size on a four-side trimming machine, and plain boards are obtained; every several plain boards are glued through an automatic double-face laminator to be overlapped together and placed into a cold press for cold press molding; the four sides are cut through the four-side trimming machine, and the product is obtained. |
