The invention relates to a manual tea steaming machine convenient and fast to use. The manual tea steaming machine comprises a machine frame, a tea steaming tank, tea steaming boxes, a steam cylinder, a steam pipe, an air inlet nozzle and a tea outlet hopper. Four supporting legs are arranged at the bottom end of the machine frame. A storage tank is arranged at the top end of the machine frame. The bottom end face of the tea steaming tank is installed in strip-shaped clamping grooves of the storage tank, round transverse air outlet holes are evenly formed in the inner side wall of the tea steaming tank, and movement sliding rails are arranged on the inner side walls of front and rear side plates of the tea steaming tank respectively. The tea steaming boxes are located in the tea steaming tank, and the two sides of the tea steaming boxes are installed on the movement sliding rails on the inner side walls of the front and rear side plates of the tea steaming tank respectively. The interior of the steam cylinder is communicated with the interior of the storage tank. The steam pipe is installed in the steam cylinder. The air inlet nozzle is connected with the steam pipe. The tea outlet hopper is located on the left side of the steam cylinder and connected with a hopper hole in the storage tank on the machine frame. The manual tea steaming machine can adapt to steaming of different kinds of brick tea, and therefore the steaming cost is lowered; through improvement on the steam pipe, the tea steaming quality is improved.
