Summary:The invention discloses a breeding method for generating a rex rabbit in brown and beaver. The method comprises the steps that 1, a rex rabbit in beaver color serves as a female parent, a white rex rabbit serves as a male parent, and first-time hybridization is conducted between the female parent and the male parent to generate a F1 generation female rex rabbit; 2, second-time hybridization is conducted between the F1 generation female rex rabbit generated in the first step and a male rex rabbit in beaver color to generate a commodity rex rabbit. Compared with the prior art, the commodity rex rabbit in beaver color generated by adopting the breeding method is good in breeding performance, high in proportion of the beaver color in later generations, high in wool density and low in coarse wool rate. The breeding method for generating the rex rabbit in beaver color is an effective mode for breeding the rex rabbits in beaver color.
