Summary:The invention relates to a minitype DBD-AFS integrated analyzing system and belongs to the technical fields of micro electro mechanical systems, dielectric barrier discharging plasma, minitype atomic fluorescence spectroscopy detection and the like. The system comprises a minitype DBD atomizer, an AFS detector, a detection and control interface module and a minitype DBD-AFS detection and control system based on an SOPC. The minitype DBD atomizer is used for achieving atomization of gas state volatile components in a discharging plasma area under the micro volume condition. The AFS detector is used for stimulating atomized elements to be detected and detecting fluorescence spectra transmitted by the elements to be detected in a detection cavity. The detection and control interface module is connected among the minitype DBD atomizer, the AFS detector and the minitype DBD-AFS detection and control system based on the SOPC. The minitype DBD-AFS integrated analyzing system is flexible in frame and easy to update and upgrade, the control mode is convenient, power consumption is low, sensitivity is high, and the demand for outdoor field analysis can be met.
