Summary:The invention discloses a novel solar energy heat storing and heating device. The novel solar energy heat storing and heating device comprises a house body. The house body comprises a roof heat preservation layer, a roof structural slab, air supply shutter openings, air return shutter openings and an outer window, and further comprises a roof sunshine room, a heat preservation sandwich wall, an air supply draught fan, an air supply duct, an air return duct and a single-layer glass outer cover. The roof sunshine room is fixed through a support. The air supply duct is arranged at the bottom of the roof sunshine room. The single-layer glass outer cover is arranged on the upper portion of the roof sunshine room. A roof static pressure box internally comprises the air supply draught fan, a filter screen and a check valve. The air return duct is arranged on the inner side of the night side of the house body. The air return shutter openings are formed in the air return duct. The heat preservation sandwich wall communicated with the air supply shutter openings is arranged on the outer side of the night side of the house body. According to the novel solar energy heat storing and heating device, the problems that heat collection achieved through a solar roof is not enough and the top layer is too hot are solved by optimizing the roof sunshine room. The heat preservation sandwich wall is arranged on the side face of a building, and therefore heat storage is achieved by effectively utilizing a wall body, and the problem that the indoor temperature fluctuation of a room utilizing conventional passive solar heating is large is solved.
