Summary: | The present invention relates to the technical field of functional microbial screening, and in particular provides Bacillus clausii with high yield of alkaline protease. The Bacillus clausii is a mutant obtained by UV mutagenesis, and has a preservation number CCTCC NO: M2015430. The mutant strain can significantly improve the yield of alkaline protease; biomass is substantially increased in the fermentation process, 500mL shake flask fermentation reaches enzyme activity of up to 1050 U / ml, which is increased by about 5.8 times compared with the original strain; and the enzymatic properties of the alkali protease expressed by the mutant strain does not change compared to the original strain. The invention can be widely used in the field of detergent, and has huge market prospects. |
