Summary:The present invention relates to a shell powder enhanced polyvinyl chloride pipe and a production method thereof, wherein the pipe comprises, by weight, 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 1-20 parts of shell powder, 3-10 parts of an anti-impact modifier, 1-5 parts of a heat stabilizer, 2-3 parts of a lubricant, and 1-5 parts of a processing modifier. According to the present invention, the fresh water pearl cultivation waste shell powder is selected and crushed to prepare the ultrafine shell rigid particles adopted as the filler, the mechanical properties and the good interface affinity (including organic matters) of the shell powder are completely provided, the complex surface treatment on the filler is not required, the prepared shell powder enhanced polyvinyl chloride corrugated pipe has characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high impact strength, high ring stiffness and the like, and the production processes and the costs are reduced.
