The invention discloses an ammonium phosphate granulating tail gas washing device and method. According to the device, a horizontal scrubber in the original device is cancelled and a tubular scrubber is additionally arranged in front of a Venturi scrubber. The tubular scrubber is provided with three groups of nozzles, wherein strong phosphoric acid from a phosphoric acid storage tank and a scrubbing solution are mixed in the primary nozzle to scrub tail gas; the neutralization degree in the scrubbing solution is controlled within 0.4; granulating tail gas is then scrubbed by the scrubbing solution from the secondary and third nozzles; the scrubbing solution through a gas-liquid separator enters into a primary scrubbing circulating tank; the tail gas is scrubbed through the nozzle of the Venturi scrubber; the scrubbed tail gas enters into a secondary scrubbing circulating tank through the Venturi scrubber for gas-liquid separation; and the separated tail gas enters into a chimney to be discharged. By adopting the device and method disclosed by the invention, a pipeline can be prevented from being blocked; the tail gas is more completely scrubbed, so that the tail gas is discharged with standard level.
