Summary:The invention discloses an ankle foot orthosis which comprises a shank sleeve, a connection plate, a power plug, a control switch, a wire, a rotating wheel, a motor, a fixed pulley, an inhaul cable, a pin shaft, a bottom plate, a fixing rope, two drawstrings and two second buckles. The shank sleeve is of a cavity structure made of hard plastic, and the side wall of the shank sleeve is evenly provided with breathable holes. The connection plate is connected with the shank sleeve. The bottom plate is connected with the bottom end of the connection plate through the pin shaft. The two ends of the fixing rope are connected with the two side edges of the front end of the bottom plate. The rotating wheel is connected with the motor. The power plug is connected with the motor through the wire. The control switch is arranged on the wire. The fixed pulley is arranged at the bottom end of the side edge of the shank sleeve. One end of the inhaul cable is connected with the rotating wheel, and the other end of the inhaul cable is connected with the fixing rope by winding around the fixed pulley. The two second buckles are arranged on the two outer sides of the upper portion of the shank sleeve respectively. The bottom ends of the two drawstrings are connected to the two sides of the front portion of the bottom plate respectively, and the top ends of the two drawstrings are movably connected with the second buckles on the corresponding side edges. The ankle foot orthosis is simple in structure, good in fixing effect, low in cost and capable of being reused.
