The invention discloses a multiple-pipe capsule endoscope. The invention comprises a capsule endoscope and a pipe fitting with at least two parallel passages. The pipe fitting is made from soft material. One end of the capsule endoscope is provided with a connecting line for pulling the capsule endoscope and the connecting line is arranged inside any of the passages in the pipe fitting. The capsule endoscope is arranged outside of an end of the pipe fitting. The pipe fitting is composed of an outer pipe and at least two inner pipes sheathed inside the outer pipe, or a solid pipe with at least two passages. The external diameter of the outer pipe or the solid pipe is no more than 8 millimeters. The capsule endoscope is advantageous in that, the pipe fitting is used as a main carrier, and the capsule endoscopy, a biopsy clamp and an injection syringe are combined, so that inner body conditions can be observed by the capsule endoscope, pathological specimen can be obtained by the biopsy clamp, and trauma can be checked by the capsule endoscopy. Thus accurate medication injection can be carried out.
