Summary:The invention discloses a method for supercritical CO2 extraction of upper-tobacco leaves of tobaccos, an extract and application. The method adopts upper-tobacco leaves of tobaccos as raw material and comprises following processes of crushing opeartion, adjustments of acidity and alkalinity, ultrasonic disruption, supercritical CO2 extraction and decompresses concentration in order to obtain the extract. The extract is added with propanediol, glycerinum and water in order to prepare tobacco tar of an electronic cigarette. The method for supercritical CO2 extraction of upper-tobacco leaves of tobaccos, the extract and application have following beneficial effects: an effective approach is provided for development and utilization of upper-tobacco leaves of tobaccos; and the tobacco tar of the electronic cigarette by production is extracted in a pure natural manner and has higher similarity with a genuine cigarette in aroma and taste so that needs of a consumer can be well satisfied.
