The invention relates to an electronic control fish feeding device which comprises a shell, water inlet magnetic valves, a water outlet magnetic valve, a timer and a controller. A water tank is arranged on the upper portion of the shell, a fishpond is arranged in the middle of the shell, a water collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of the shell, the water tank is provided with the water inlet magnetic valves used for supplying water for the fishpond, the fishpond is provided with the water outlet magnetic valve used for draining water into the water collecting tank, and the quantity of water intake of the water inlet magnetic valves in unit time is larger than that of water output of the water outlet magnetic valve in unit time; the controller controls opening and closing of the water inlet magnetic valves and the water outlet magnetic valve according to time set by the timer. According to the the electronic control fish feeding device, water in the fishpond is replaced automatically through timing set, and the phenomenon that due to the fact that a person forgets to replace the water in the fishpond, or the person goes out and delays replacing the water in the fishpond, harmfulness caused to the growth of fish is prevented.
